Perseverance Works is a distinctive 9,000 sq ft standalone venue set across three versatile floors in the heart of Shoreditch—tucked between Hackney Road and Kingsland Road in one of East London’s most creative enclaves.
Ideal for exclusive, fully bespoke event takeovers, the building offers a fresh, design-led alternative to traditional venues. Each floor has its own unique character—from original wooden floors and industrial Crittall windows to soft lifestyle sets and textured backdrops—creating an adaptable canvas for brand activations, stylish showrooms, trend-forward press days, corporate away days, presentations, influencer launches, sample sales etc.
At street level, the Reception Lounge 'The Tannery' provides a calm and welcoming entry point. With a cool minimalist aesthetic and barista-quality coffee service, This spacex sets the tone for an elevated guest experience—whether used as a breakout space or hired on its own for smaller gatherings or drinks receptions.

All furniture as pictured comes with the hire, or can be removed. We can provide seating for a range of numbers.

About Perseverance Works
Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, Perseverance Works offers four studio spaces and a lounge across three floors. The building is part of a local heritage site and shares a vibrant courtyard with other independent art and design businesses. Our spaces are available to book together, providing a total of 10,000 sq ft, or can be hired individually depending on your needs. Each studio is unique in its own way, from panelled walls and parquet flooring to modern furniture and warehouse windows. Whilst offering certain characteristics, our spaces as always can be completely transformed to host any event.
We have an in-house lighting and AV department as well as partnerships with catering companies to ensure your event is always of the highest quality and easy to organise. The site also offers underground car parking and is close to multiple transport links such as Liverpool Street and Old Street stations.
