Host rules

- Bookings are by appointment only — no walk-ins.
- Studio access is limited to the booked time. Arrive on time and vacate promptly.
- Additional time beyond booking will be charged at the standard hourly rate (if available).
- Please notify us in advance if additional crew or guests will be attending.
- Leave the space as you found it — clean and tidy.
- All personal equipment and rubbish must be removed after your session.
- No smoking or vaping inside the studio at any time.
- No illegal activity or disruptive behaviour is permitted on-site.
- This is a dry hire space — bring your own gear unless otherwise arranged.
- Any studio-provided equipment (by prior agreement) must be treated with care.
- You are fully responsible for any damage to the space or equipment during your session.
- Keep noise at a respectful level, especially in shared building areas.
- Be considerate of other tenants within The Collective.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking for a refund or reschedule.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a full charge with no refund.
- You are responsible for your belongings and equipment during your booking.
- Sourc Studios is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Any damage to the studio must be reported immediately and may incur charges.
