Host rules
Bookings & Hire
- A minimum booking duration of 3 hours applies per space.
- Setup and breakdown time must be included in your hire period.
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to confirm. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- For full venue hire or high-capacity events, security staff may be required—this will be arranged by us unless otherwise agreed.
Food & Drink
- We provide full in-house catering and bar services. A food and/or drink minimum spend may apply depending on event size and timing.
- External food or drinks are not permitted unless previously agreed in writing.
Music & Noise
- Background music is permitted in all areas.
- DJs or live music are allowed
Music must finish by:
- 11 PM in the restaurant and garden
- 2 AM in the basement (licensed nights)
- Volume levels must comply with local noise regulations. We reserve the right to lower sound levels if complaints are received.
Decor & Personalisation
- You're welcome to bring decorations (balloons, banners, flowers), but:
- No open flames (including candles)
- No confetti, glitter, or smoke machines without approval
- Decorations must be removed at the end of your hire
- No nails, tape, or permanent fixings may be used on venue walls or fixtures
Damage & Liability
- Any damage to the venue, furniture, or AV equipment caused during your event will be charged to the hirer.
- We recommend obtaining event insurance for larger gatherings.
Prohibited Activities
- No illegal substances or smoking indoors (including vapes)
- No external security, staff, or vendors without prior approval
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
