Studio Three is a unique, multifunctional space designed to serve as either a fully functional kitchen or a quiet, focused studio area. Whether you need a dedicated catering hub for a large event or an intimate breakout room, this space adapts to your requirements.

❖ Dual-Purpose Design: Features a full-length privacy curtain that covers the kitchen units, instantly transforming the room into a clean, focused studio environment.
❖ Audio: Includes a dedicated speaker with a standard AUX jack connection-perfect for playing background music or focal audio during your session.
❖ Fully Equipped: Hirers have access to a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, sink, and dishwasher (must be left empty after use).
❖ Cooking Facilities: Use of the oven and hob is available only with prior written consent.
❖ Security & Access: Directly accessible from our other studios and protected by our secure buzzer entry system and CCTV.
Pricing & Booking:
❖ Venue Add-On: Hiring a studio? Add the kitchen for just £30 per day to manage your catering and refreshments.
❖ Regular Weekly Hire: Available at a discounted rate of £25 per session (Minimum 3-hour booking required).
❖ The BigTime Buffer: Enjoy 30 mins FREE set-up and pack-down time with your booking.
❖ Cleaning & Fees: An additional cleaning fee applies if the kitchen is used for cooking or for large/late-night parties.
House Rules:
❖ Strict Allergy Policy: We operate a no nuts and no raw poultry policy to prevent cross-contamination and allergy risks.
❖ Condition of Hire: The kitchen must be returned to its original clean condition. Cleaning and antibacterial products are provided under the sink.
