Rules of the space

Host rules

Booking & Deposit
All event bookings require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Full payment must be received by the agreed deadline prior to the event.

Minimum Spend & Hire Fees
Minimum spend and/or venue hire fees apply and vary depending on the day, time, and area hired.

Capacity Limits
Maximum guest numbers must be adhered to at all times and will be outlined at the time of booking.

Operating Hours
Events must finish by the licensed closing time. Extensions may be possible by prior arrangement and may incur additional fees.

Food & Beverage
All food and drink must be provided by the restaurant. External catering is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
Final menu selections and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

Damage & Conduct
The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or property caused by guests or suppliers.
The venue reserves the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately or in breach of health and safety.

Entertainment & Noise
All entertainment must be pre-approved by management.
Noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits, especially in consideration of our residential and business neighbours.

Decorations & Setup
Decorations must be approved in advance. No nails, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or furnishings.
Setup and breakdown times must be coordinated in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Licensing & Alcohol
The restaurant adheres strictly to licensing laws. Proof of age may be required for alcohol service.
No outside alcohol is permitted unless previously agreed and subject to corkage fees.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply depending on the notice period given.
