Host rules

Booking Process & Payment
⁃ Once you’ve selected a date and time, let us know and we’ll send you a rental agreement and invoice.
⁃ Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Non-Payment
⁃ Bookings must be paid in full by the due date. If payment isn’t received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Access & Setup
⁃ Your booking includes a 15-minute grace period on either side for setup and pack-down.
⁃ Example: If your booking is 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, you can access the space from 8:45 AM and must vacate by 12:15 PM.
⁃ Please factor in setup, the event itself, and tidying up when planning your session.
⁃ If you need extra time, we recommend booking it in advance to avoid last-minute stress and to avoid other session delays.
⁃ Lock the door from the inside during event for privacy and safety.

Fire Safety Responsibility
⁃If you’re renting the space to run wellness sessions, you’re responsible for making sure all fire safety regulations are followed during your time in the studio. This includes managing your group and ensuring all activities are conducted with fire safety in mind.
⁃Staying on top of these protocols helps protect you, your clients, and the space from risk — legally, financially, and physically. It’s essential for creating a safe, supportive environment for everyone involved.

⁃As a renter, it’s your responsibility to ensure your session is run in line with current health and safety legislation and recognised best practices. We The Conscious® does not take responsibility for the content or safety compliance of external sessions. Please note, we can’t be held liable for any loss of personal property.

It's a site of change, of connection and of creation. Based on a renovated historic print workshop on Amhurst Road within Hackney Downs Studios business, artists' and entrepreneurs' complex.

It has vaulted ceilings and windows that allow sunlight in the studio. The main room itself is 66.5sqm (716 sqft). It offers plenty of space for breathing exercises, movement, creativity workshops, brand interaction, and intimate social gatherings.
