Venue Hire Rules
1. Booking & Payment:
• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made prior to the event date.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Event Timing:
• The venue hire includes a set number of hours for your event. Any additional time will incur extra charges.
• All events must end by the agreed time. If the event runs over, additional fees may apply.
3. Capacity:
• The venue has a maximum capacity of 450 guests. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
4. Catering:
• If using external catering, all food and beverage arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
• The venue’s kitchen is available for use; however, any catering equipment and staff must be arranged by the event organizer.
5. Noise & Sound:
• The venue is equipped with a high-quality sound system. However, noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, and music must not disturb the surrounding area.
• DJs, live bands, or any amplified music must be discussed and approved beforehand.
6. Decorations:
• Decorations must be approved by the venue management. No adhesive materials (e.g., tape, glue) may be used on walls or surfaces.
• All decorations must be removed by the end of the event.
7. Alcohol:
• Alcohol can only be served in accordance with local licensing laws. If you plan to serve alcohol, please ensure that the necessary permits are obtained.
• The venue has the right to refuse service if guests appear intoxicated or disruptive.
8. Damage & Liability:
• The event organizer is responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its property during the event.
• The venue is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the event.
9. Clean-Up:
• The venue must be left clean and free of any debris by the end of the event. Any cleaning required will incur an additional charge.
• All personal belongings and decorations must be removed at the end of the hire period.
