Make a splash at this riverside retreat! The Blue Anchor is a light-filled space by the River Roding, with kitchen access, tables, and chairs. Craft your dream event with style.

The Blue Anchor is a light and airy space right next to the River Roding and part of our four studio venue.

Hire includes:
Tables (round or trestle) 
Chairs (black or white)
Freshly laundered black spandex table covers
Bluetooth sound speaker
LED fairy lights
Additional equipment can be provided at an extra cost.

Free parking for up to 40 cars with a code for the barrier, after 6pm weekdays and all weekend
The venue has a small galley kitchen which can be used for setting up food.

Time should be carefully factored in for set up and clear away of the event. Recommended no less than an hour for each. 

Alcohol surcharge £200 plus VAT (BYOB) for hirer providing alcohol at no charge to guests.
Paying bar may be available on request (minimum spend £500).

I cannot thank the team enough. The Boathouse studios is a lovely venue and is very clean. The staff are helpful throughout the whole proceed. I hosted my son’s first birthday party there and the venue was perfect.

We hosted our baby shower at this venue and the team couldn’t do enough to help us. Very friendly and approachable staff who were easily contactable for all planning purposes, and visible on the day of the event for additional support. The venue itself is exactly as pictured, clean and fit for purpose. The team were able to provide tables and chairs for our booking, and had a number of optional additions such as table covers. We also had access to a kitchen for our event which was super useful for our catering needs. Free onsite parking is available at the venue with an access code which was a plus for us and our guests. The venue is also accessible via a lift. I highly recommend this venue and many thanks to Julie, Carole and Shadene for their support!
