Host rules
- No loud music after 9 pm.
- No alcohol allowed after 9 pm.
- No smoking in the building.
- Floor must be taken care of: If moving any furniture pieces, guests must insure they lift to move and never drag furniture/objects, as scratches to the floor will take a considerable amount off the deposit due to the cost of repairs.
- Pets are welcome! (However guests need to make sure pets are taken on regular visits outside to make sure no mess is made. - If mess is made it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure 100% clean and no damages).
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
- For any events where alcohol is being served to a group larger than 20 people there must be a licensed security guard present. (Let us know if you would like to use our trusted security)
- If alcohol is being sold, guests are responsible for arranging their own TENs licensing agreement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
