From board meeting buffets and wedding parties to five-course feasts and birthday dinners our adaptable private dining spaces – named after clouds: Nimbus*, Cirrus, Stratus, Alto and Cumulus – can be hired as single rooms, or combined and shaped to fit your occasion.
These private dining rooms are situated on level 38 on the Gherkin offering stunning views of the city with one entire glass wall from floor to ceiling. Here, the private dining is both refined and secluded, offering a privileged perspective to impress your guests.

Discover our cutting-edge meeting rooms on the 38th floor of the Gherkin. A nod to its elevated position, each one is named after the clouds surrounding them: Cirrus, Stratus, Nimbus, Alto and Cumulus. And much like the clouds, four of them join to create an even bigger space – Cirrus and Stratus to form Cirrostratus, and Alto and Cumulus make Altocumulus.

With multiple screens, lapel mics and docking stations, each space is designed with style and intuitive practicality in mind. There is even an on-site engineer there, to ensure your event runs smoothly.

We suggest working from our 'recommended suppliers' list which includes a fantastic range of entertainment, photographers, AV and technical equipment suppliers and production.

External suppliers (ie florists/ av/ musicians) are subject to a supplier fee.

External catering is not permitted.

We would advise checking any decorations and productions with your dedicated event manager.


Situated in the heart of The City, the top two floors of this breath-taking venue can be hired exclusively for breakfasts, evening or weekend events.

The event space is ideal for breakfast meetings for up to 140 delegates theatre style, for evening receptions of 260 or seated dinners for up to 140 guests, with a contemporary atmosphere, professional service, fine wines and menus delivered by London’s premier caterers.

Alternatively the stunning Private Dining Rooms on level 38 can be hired throughout the day and evening. Perfect for intimate breakfasts, lunches, exclusive dining experiences and small drinks receptions for between 2 and 35 guests.
