Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 7+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 1 - 6 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 1 day prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

The venue is available to hire between 8am - 2pm Mon-Fri and 8am - 10.00pm Weekends .

No late night events are permissible as the venue is close to private residences.

No animals allowed except guide dogs.

Special rates available for local charities, community groups and residents.

About Haileybury Centre

Haileybury Sports and Events Centre is ideal for meetings and events of all sizes from 2 to 500.
This modern, recently refurbished centre is situated in the heart of Stepney Green with easy access to the tube and Limehouse DLR.

This location offers a wide range of spaces spread over two floors including a dance studio, music recording studio, gym and fully equipped kitchen.

The highlight of the building is the rooftop astro-turf pitch and roof terrace which has astonishing views of the City of London's iconic landmarks such as The Shard and The Gherkin.
