All event bookings at No5 Dining & Lounge require a reservation in advance.
A deposit is required upon booking to secure the date and ensure availability.
Event Duration:

The duration of your event should be communicated at the time of booking.
Any extension beyond the agreed-upon time may be subject to additional charges.
Conduct and Responsibility:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
Any damage caused to the venue or its property will be the responsibility of the event organizer.
Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, both parties will work towards a fair resolution.
Changes and Modifications:

Any changes or modifications to the event details (date, time, guest count, etc.) must be communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
Changes made within 14 days of the event may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Payment:

Full payment for the event is due prior to or on the day of the event.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
Equipment and Technical Support:

The venue provides basic audiovisual equipment, including a project system, lighting, and sound setup.
Technical support is available during the event, and any additional equipment requirements should be communicated in advance.
