Dharma Hall allows the use of over 200 people and can be used for many functions such as parties, sporting, weddings, ceremonies, etc.

Host rules

Dharma Hall will request a deposit of £400, which will be returned to the Hirer unless the Hirer beaks the agreed terms and conditions.
We do not permit any smoking and illegal substances in the building.
Rubbish must be disposed of Hirer and they take responsibility for managing the disposal of their waste. If any rubbish is left in the Hall, the Hirer will be liable to a fine (minimum of £80 to maximum £150) which will be deducted from the deposit.
The hirer must be responsible for leaving the premise clean and tidy and ensure that all attendees leave the building by the agreed hire period.
If the Hirer exceed the agreed hiring time of Dharma Hall they will be charged an extra £150 per hour.
All costs incurred from additional cleaning charges, due to the hall not being left in a clean and/or safe condition as it was found, will be charged to the Hirer. This includes liquid spillages or visible marks left on the walls.
Dharma Hall reserves the right to rescind this hiring agreement at any time before or during the term of this agreement.
Parking at the Dharma Lodge (at the back of the building and through the gates) is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found parked in prohibited spaces will be liable to a fine by Dharma Lodge.
In the event of any damages occurring during the event/function, repair costs will be deducted from the initial deposit. If the cost of repairs exceeds the initial deposit, the Hirer must pay any excess.
