About this space
We have 10 small meeting rooms that range from 4-12 Boardroom. Located on the fourth floor are 4 boardrooms that are adjacent ideal for breakout rooms. Boardrooms 1-4 are designed in a modern style with all the expected facilities for today's professional meetings.
Each room has a plasma screen that can be connected directly to your laptop from the table, to keep the meeting intimate. There is an in-house, professional audiovisual technician team that will be able to help you with any sort of problem that may arise during your event.

Rules of the space
-Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) is required if you would like to bring own music equipment / DJ
-We can offer a buyout fee for external catering for the Large rooms, Penthouse and Grand Hall.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

The 'Cambridge' suite was the perfect suite to our requirements very roomy and lots of natural daylight. Lunch was nice. Very good location.
The coffee machine kept not working properly and all the coffees were luke warm. We mentioned to staff to only be told it was fine.
Very friendly staff. Quiet, unique building. Plenty of private communal space for private calls. Had our own private wifi network for security reasons. They provided stationary, pens, flip charts etc. which we didn't need to use but was helpful to have anyway. We had an issue connecting to the smart TV in the meeting room but their IT team were SO quick to help us out and resolve the issue. The location is close to loads of nice spots for lunch. Would book again for sure.

The room did not have any blinds so when the sun shone through it caused the image to fade. Blinds would be ideal as the projector was good quality. Catering was very basic due to COVID restrictions.
