Hire Times
· Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your booking start time period. Earlier and later times must be agreed and paid for.
· Please be aware that your studio hire time must account for set up and set down time. Unaccounted time will be charged to the client at the same rate as the daily fee.
Studio Terms of Use
Please:
· Be respectful and professional when handling all equipment, including any hand made props supplied by DCC Studios. Handle with care and please do not drag heavy items, ask for help.
· Dispose of your waste in the bins provided
· Take used cups back to the kitchen area
· Notify a member of staff of any damage to studio property or equipment
· The client is held responsible for any damages accounted for within the time if hire
· Notify a member of staff if you require first aid kit or fire extinguisher
. Please use any smoke or haze machine responsibly, don’t overkill.
Please do not:
· Use flour or other powders within the studio without prior agreement
· Attempt to move any of the freestanding walls- ask a member of staff
· Please do not attempt to modify the walls, set or floor of the studio, this will be charged as an additional damage cost
· Use pyrotechnics within the studio

MGJLawrence backdrop hire terms and conditions:
All MGJLawrence fine art backdrops must be handled with care and installed by professionals using the proper studio equipment required. Failure to do so may result in damage to the paint & canvas which will be charged to the client at relevant cost to the damage made.
Chargeable damage during time of hire includes: indents, tears, holes, scratches and scuffs noticeable to the naked eye, paint marks made during time of hire. Should any damage incur during the time of hire and is deemed irreparable, a full replacement value of the canvas will be charged to the client.
Irreparable damage includes: tears of any size, holes of any size.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
