The ground floor is comprised of a prep kitchen and a first event space and a music studio
The 1st floor is comprised of 2nd event space with grand piano and a fully equipped kitchen.

- Capacity: about 70 standing and 20 seated

- Equipment: office (screen, projector, flipchart, etc.), event (speaker, crockery, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) and music (Drum-kit, electric, bass and acoustic guitars, keyboards, Rhodes piano, Bechstein, violin, ukulele, etc, and PA system/mixing desk are all usable on shoot days)

- Access: This space is Located in Shoreditch E2, with good off street unloading. 5min walk from Shoreditch hight street and Old Street stations.

- Parking: Several parking spaces are available in the building.
