This first floor hidden gem sees a wooden-floored space surrounded by two walls boasting giant sash windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood in during the day. For those looking to hide from the rays, we have shutters to exclude.

There is a DJ booth built on a washing machine, with CDJs and vinyl decks available to hire. A fully kitted private bar caters for all beverage needs with excellent catering options from a la carte to bespoke banquets.

Space is a perfect blank canvas, lots of beautiful natural light. Venue are really flexible and felt we could pretty much do anything we like. Loved that we could set up the day before. Staff were really helpful and lovely before, during and after. Evening food was great.
We were quite clear from the beginning on the food choices and our guests dietary requirements. On the day, our guests with specific dietary were told there wasn’t any gravy for them. The desserts were also not as asked for and were definitely shop bought (the cheesecake was frozen) Both of these points were quite disappointing due to the fact we gave plenty of notice of our choices and it was our wedding. We would’ve hoped for the food to be a little better.

Beautiful atmosphere in the function room due to the high ceilings, large sash windows that look out on to the leafy open streets, warm lighting with modern, pretty light shades and the fact that it was neutral canvas that you could decorate as you wished. Great sound system too and a nice touch that you could put a slide show on the big screen. Staff on the night were super cheerful and fit right in with the party vibe!
Some slight miscommunication from the venue with the food order and some other little bits- this could have been due to a change in staffing half way through our booking.

A homage to the area’s most famous son, The Birds has Alfred Hitchcock at its very core. Taking the great filmmaker's use of shadow and silhouette to create suspense and excitement and a unique feel and ambiance, no lamps are visible. Instead light flows out from behind screens, shades, and shields giving a warm glow and creating the perfect atmosphere for any event. What we’re saying is this is a pretty special place, and one definitely worth looking at.
