A unique event space hidden behind a secret bookcase entrance leading into our speakeasy style basement bar. Our private bar has a cosy atmosphere and can hold up to 60 people for that perfect themed party, corporate event, wrap party, meeting or anything you desire! Management team so friendly and helpful and communicative throughout the entire process.
Good sound system that connects to a phone also.
The venue has its own bar and is really well laid out. This the absolute perfect venue for your party. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Venue exactly as described and staff were really helpful on the day and leading up to it. Good speakers and great bar tenders too. Would highly recommend as in great location and very well priced, plus in a stunning pub.

Food portions were quite small for what was charged and for what half of it was (salad,nachos and fries).
We were originally told we could only have 60 people and couldn’t move the furniture and was only told 1 day before when we visited again that they can remove the furniture and we can have more people but it was too short notice to invite the rest.

The food was amazing, with good range, well presented and a good amount. The space was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The staff were helpful in moving things around for us before we started party and taking a lot of furniture out. It was helpful to have option to pay for extra staff for bar. The minimum spend was very reasonable. The sound system worked well and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

We paid upfront for prosecco but the staff kept needing to be reminded to pour it out for guests and then we assumed it was gone and were left with 4 X bottles, which was a waste of money and frustrating as then the tab went up due to guests not realising there was free prosecco. A part of this problem was lack of prosecco glasses and I had to go around clearing glasses off tables a few times to get some more for the prosecco, which I felt shouldn't have been needed paying for extra staff.
Staff could have served drinks a bit faster as we had two members but it felt very slow.
