HEALTH & SAFETY, BEST PRACTICE

2.1 You are responsible for ensuring your session is run in line with current health and
safety legislation and best practice guidelines. SLC takes no responsibility for the
content or health and safety of classes run by external hirers. We are not liable for and
cannot cover loss of your personal property.

2.2 Hirers need to have their own insurance to cover any situation involving loss or
injury to a member of the public as a result of their own activities.

2.3 FIRE REGULATIONS

Your cooperation and involvement will be required in the unlikely event that a fire
breaks out in the She's Lost Control premises whilst hired out to a third party. Be
aware that during events being undertaken or sponsored by external organisations
She’s Lost Control staff will not be in attendance. In the event of a fire that cannot be a
extinguished quickly and safely it is the responsibility of the event lead to ensure that:

1. All persons are evacuated to a safe distance from the building and a role call taken.
2. The Fire and Rescue Service are called.
3. The She’s Lost Control contact number is called and all relevant information given.

She’s Lost Control Valentine Road is a private hire and collaborative events studio situated just off of Well Street in Homerton.


Newly refurbished, the 44m² space is designed to be the perfect backdrop for workshops, events, and experiences across wellness, art, fashion, music and creative industries.

The space is light, bright, and airy with walls draped in white linen curtains. We've decorated the studio with soft lighting, pampas grass, light wood flooring, and crystals to create an ethereal cocoon for any kind of event.

Once in the space, the fixed details are as follows:
