We offer a spacious meeting / conference, training room with a classic corporate feel in the basement of our office on Brick Lane.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 30+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 7 - 29 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

The room was tidy and bright. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Staff there seemed friendly and helpful.

I wish there was a lap top provided in the room so that I wouldn't need to bring my own to use the audio visual facilities.

We are nearby to popular tourist destinations Aldgate East (5min walk) Spitalfields (5min walk) Liverpool Street (6min walk) and Shoreditch High Street (7min walk).

We provide a large conference table which can accommodate 8 people, a large 50 inch smart 4K TV, flip-chart, pens, paper, projector, whiteboard, high speed WIFI, complimentary drinks (hot/cold), extra heating. There is a small kitchen for you to use and also a toilet.

Perfect for conferences, meeting rooms, small parties, workshops, office parties, training sessions, a small classroom, temporary work spaces, photo shoots etc. If you don't see your kind of event here, just ask us and we may be able to accommodate.
