About this space
The Library Bar is at the heart of our building, in what used to be the Children’s Library. You can order your drink across the original librarian’s counter before having a seat on one of our wonderfully comfortable sofas.
The Library Bar is also a gallery and a live music venue. The large bowler hat mural above the bar and five limerick-topped tables were commissioned by Chats Palace in 2019 from east London street artist, Angry Dan.
