The studio is located in the heart of trendy Dalston, a minute walking from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground Stations.

Host rules
House Rules :
-The door of the studio must be shut during the event
-No smoking allowed.
-Selling alcohol is strictly prohibited, however, guest can bring their own.
-No drinks allowed outside the building/smoking area.
-Events with pay bar/door involved require TEN (temporary event license) Therefore you need to discuss with us and apply in advance.
-Pa system supplied by the venue. Is not allowed in any case to put any extra speakers/subwoofers.
-Events involving amplified instruments need to be discussed with us in advance. The music volume of the music is pre-setup.
-Night events max allowed check out time: 2:00 am (Fri-Sat events) - midnight (Sundays events) - 11pm (weekdays events)
Security Deposit
-A Security deposit of a minimum of 200£ is required by bank transfer upon the check-in time.
-Deposit will be 100% refunded by the next working day following the event after an inspection of the venue. If there is no damage of the private room-toilette-corridor or any area of the building used by the guest on the day of the event-the all amount of the deposit o part of it for any unusual wear and tear to the premises can be used by the owner.
-For parties over 35 ppl is requested a bouncer at the door to ensure safety and control of the in/out guests.
-Please note: At the agreed check out time all the guests must have left the place.
-The party host/hosts only (max 2 ppl) are allowed to stay for the final check and return of the premises key.
-Any unexpected delay caused by the host of the event will be charged by the owner at 25 £ every 15mins.
