This review is for the cocktail room. The space was awesome. The staff was incredible and so accommodating. Looking forward to doing more events here!
Put us in the smallest area, did NOT fit 70 people. And then complained we were being "too loud for their private members". It was an office Christmas Party, I am not sure what they had expected? We paid £6000+ for the smallest section (all crammed together) and yet they prioritised all of their private members. I'm afraid in this case you should be taking this venue off the site for public hire - as they made us feel as though we were intruding someone else's party! DJ was horrific, had we known beforehand that he was only going to play Christmas songs on request (which he did not take kindly to) then we would again not have booked this venue. This was more like a weekday night out - they did not cater at all for a Christmas party. All they did was serve alcohol and put some platters out. Extremely disappointed for all of our staff members.
