In case of a booking cancellation by the client, full deposit paid will be available to use on a date, 3 months post original intended booking date, on the condition a minimum of 12 weeks’ cancellation notice prior to the date of the event has been given. In case of a booking cancellation by the venue, full deposit paid will be refunded to the client.
