Host rules

In case of a booking cancellation by the client, full deposit paid will be available to use on a date, 3 months post original intended booking date, on the condition a minimum of 12 weeks’ cancellation notice prior to the date of the event has been given. In case of a booking cancellation by the venue, full deposit paid will be refunded to the client.

Based in the heart of North London, Palmers Green, KB02 offers a fun and quirky venue with a fantastic atmosphere, and a wide range of facilities and services that are not offered anywhere else.

Included in the hire cost is unlimited use of our 3-story soft play with a ball pit, free-to-play retro arcade room and photobooth with unlimited printouts.
