The Gingerbread House is a private design studio created for thoughtful gatherings, conversation, music and shared experiences. We ask that everyone treats the space, the objects within it and each other with care and respect.

Respect the Space
• Many of the furniture pieces, artworks and objects are handcrafted or one of a kind.
• Please handle everything with care and return items to their original position where possible.
• Any damages to the space will result in extra charge.

Music
• Our analogue sound system is designed for listening experiences.
• Music should complement the atmosphere rather than dominate it.
• High-volume DJ sets, club nights or dance-focused events are not permitted unless agreed with the studio in advance.

Food & Drink
• Only food and drink provided or approved by the studio may be consumed.
• Please keep drinks away from furniture, lighting, speakers and displayed objects.

Photography
• Personal photography is welcome. If photographing guests, please ensure they are happy to be included.

Smoking & Pets
• Smoking, vaping and pets are not permitted inside the studio.
