About this space
Inspired by American artist Sterling Ruby and complemented by works from Timothy Hall, Michelle Elzay, Carol Bove and Neil Rumming, the Sterling Room is a fully private, design-led space offering both elegance and flexibility.
The space is particularly well suited to corporate events, presentations, workshops, client entertaining and celebrations. Crisp linens, soft candlelight and a refined interior create a sophisticated yet welcoming environment, while flexible layouts allow the room to adapt to a range of formats.

A Considered Approach
To ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are observed:
Bespoke Planning
All private dining and exclusive hire events are designed in collaboration with our team. Menus, layouts, timings and event formats are agreed in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
Food & Beverage
All food and drinks are provided by Nela. Our chefs are delighted to create bespoke menus or offer carefully curated set menus tailored to your occasion.
Capacity & Flow
Guest numbers and layouts are agreed prior to the event to ensure comfort, service quality and the overall experience.
Music & Atmosphere
Background music is included. DJs, live music or entertainment can be arranged or accommodated with prior approval. Volume levels are managed in line with the venue and local requirements.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the restaurant. Designated external areas are available in accordance with building regulations.
Styling & Branding
We welcome thoughtful event styling and brand moments. All installations or decorations are agreed in advance to protect the integrity of the space.
Suppliers & Production
External suppliers such as florists, production teams or entertainment providers are welcome, subject to prior approval and coordinated access.
Timing & Licensing
Events operate within agreed timings and licensing requirements. Our team will guide you through what is possible.
Care of the Space
The host is responsible for their guests, and any damage to the venue or its contents may incur charges.
