About this space

Thrive is a boutique wellness studio located between Tufnell Park and Archway in North London. Alongside our yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy and massage services, the space is also available to rent for classes, workshops, treatments and small events.
The venue is suitable for wellness and creative instructors, looking for a flexible space to host sessions or run group activities, workshops and events.

The centre consists of two main rooms, with additional shared facilities.

Room One:
Room One is the larger of the two rooms, offering 18 sqm of open floor space. It is equipped for yoga and Pilates but can be adapted for a range of activities depending on your needs.
It is suitable for:

1. Yoga and Pilates classes / workshops - up to 8 people
2. Small group training
3. Workshops and courses
4. Creative workshops (art, writing, craft, or learning sessions)
5. Small private events (parties, baby-showers, ..)

Room Two:
Room Two is the smaller of the two spaces, offering approximately 14sqm (around 150 sq ft). It is set up and decorated as a physiotherapy and massage treatment room, but the space can easily be adapted depending on the needs.
It is suitable for a range of services:
1. Physiotherapy, Massage, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, ..
2. Coaching, counselling, private consultations
3. Holistic and alternative therapies
4. Small creative, wellbeing sessions or workshops
5. Other

Facilities:
In addition to the two rooms, renters have access to:
1. Reception area
2. Kitchen
3. Toilet
4. Changing / storage room

Rooms can be booked individually or together, depending on availability.
Bookings are available for hourly sessions, half-day or full-day hire, and can be hired as a one-off or longer timeframes.
