Advance Booking & Payment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking. Bookings are only secured once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be made within the agreed cancellation period. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Use of Space: The space may only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. Any change in event type must be approved in advance.

No vertical drinking at any time in the premises.

The supply of alcohol at the premises shall only be to a person seated taking a table meal there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to their meal.

Alcohol consumed outside the premises building shall only be consumed by patrons seated at tables.

Patrons permitted to temporarily leave and then re-enter the premises, e.g. to smoke, shall be limited to 3 persons at any one time

A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram
