The combination of Eastern European cuisine, beautiful interiors, and a vibrant environment creates an unforgettable experience which is to be shared by everyone regardless of the occasion. Ole Kyiv can seat up to 150 people; however, standing up to 250 people is an option too since the main dining area has no division, a well-stocked bar, a professional stage, and an advanced lighting system.

The venue is a versatile place for the events mentioned above and also corporate parties, romantic dinners, birthdays, marriages, music dances, and even seasonal parties. The event organizer has come up with custom-made food and entertainment packages that can be applied to any event.

Equipment includes stage with sound and lights, DJ booth, mics, projector and screens, bar area, and event coordination team working solely for the event.

Host rules

General Use
• The venue must only be used for the purposes agreed in advance (private event, party, corporate function, etc.).
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
• All external suppliers must be approved by the venue in writing before arrival.

Food & Beverage
• No external food or drink may be brought into the venue without prior written agreement.
• All catering and bar services must be provided by the venue unless otherwise agreed.
• Minimum spend or hire fees must be met as per the booking contract.

Noise & Entertainment
• Music and entertainment are permitted using the venue’s AV system.
• Live performances and DJs must finish by the agreed time stated in the booking agreement.
• Sound levels must comply with licensing regulations.

Licensing & Legal
• The venue operates under a full premises licence; all guests must comply with licensing laws.
• Challenge 25 policy applies – valid photo ID may be required for alcohol service.
• Illegal substances or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the event with no refund.

Damage & Liability
• The event organiser is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, fixtures, or equipment.
• Nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures without permission.
• A damage deposit may be required for certain events.

Security & Safety
• Security may be mandatory for larger events or at the discretion of the venue management.
• Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
• All guests must follow staff instructions in the event of a fire alarm or evacuation.

Set-Up & Take-Down
• Access times for set-up and pack-down must be agreed in advance.
• All decorations, equipment or personal items must be removed by the end of the hire period.
• The venue is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

Payment & Cancellation
• A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment terms and cancellation policies apply as per your contract.
