• No smoking or vaping inside the building or kitchen areas
• Alcohol is permitted, but only when agreed in advance with the host
• Guests must follow all health & safety guidance provided by the kitchen team
• All food preparation must be supervised by the hosting kitchen team member
• No outside catering or external food suppliers allowed (ingredients provided for the challenge only)
• Guests should wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes in the kitchen
• No filming or photography without prior consent from the host
• The maximum group size is 12 guests – this limit must not be exceeded
• Guests are expected to respect the shared spaces at New Covent Garden Market and keep noise to a reasonable level
