Host rules
- Allow BAC to search all containers, bags, boxes and equipment coming into or leaving the Venue, including those brought onto the Venue by guests.
- No explosives, fireworks, candles, flares, or dangerous substances or use naked flames or pyrotechnics
- No smoking in the venue or immediatley outside the entrances
- No gas-filled balloons, streamers, glitter cannons or confetti either externally or internally without the prior written consent of BAC
- No nails, screws or other fixings into the walls, ceilings or floors or into any furniture or fittings.
- Business Clients may only use BAC’s name, logo, or any other intellectual property rights with the prior written agreement from BAC.
- Not do or permit to be done anything on the Venue which is illegal or which may become a nuisance (whether actionable or not), annoyance, inconvenience or disturbance to BAC or to any other customers of BAC, or any owner or occupier of neighbouring property.
- No animals in the building without prior written consent from BAC.

As your guests journey down our very own Town Hall Road, they are greeted with the Grand Hall’s own private entrance and enter our impressive Octagonal Hall; complete with mosaic flooring and spectacular stained-glass dome. Your guests are then warmly welcomed into the remarkable hall itself, survivor of the 2015 fire yet lovingly renovated to a state of reverent beauty.
Alongside the Grand Hall, you can explore the tranquil corridors for more intimate moments or celebrate in the Grand Hall Bar with its one-of-a-kind artistic installation.
Our team are industry professionals with experience across a wide range of events. More than that, our team focus on providing a personal and bespoke touch when it comes to making your festive celebration incredible. Every party at BAC has a dedicated Event Manager to help you pull all the pieces together and ensure you have a delightful and joyous celebration. You will also have support from our Catering Lead and Event Production Manager, not to mention a dedicated Sales Team. At BAC you will be well looked after and valued as part of our community.
