By booking your event at Chamber 36 City Centre, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Venue Hire & Payment:
Online Payments: All venue hire bookings require a non-refundable deposit of % to be paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event.
Minimum Spend: Minimum spend requirements apply depending on the date, party size, and event type. We will discuss these minimums with you during the booking process and outline them in your final confirmation email.
Catering: Food and beverage minimum spend can be met through a combination of pre-ordered catering packages (e.g., bottomless brunch, set menus, buffets) and drinks purchased on the night of your event.
Guest Conduct & Space Usage:
Capacity: The maximum capacity for your event will be confirmed in your booking agreement. Please ensure your guest list does not exceed this limit. If your guest list does exceed this limit, entry may be refused to these guests.
Event Duration: Your event time slot will be clearly defined in your booking confirmation. Please ensure your event concludes within the allotted timeframe.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain events. This deposit will be returned in full following the event, provided there is no damage to the venue or its property.
Music & Entertainment: Live music or DJs require prior approval from Chamber 36 management.
Decorations: You are welcome to decorate the space for your event. However, decorations cannot damage the walls, furniture, or fixtures. All decorations must be removed by the end of your event time slot.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are located outside.
Respectful Conduct: We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Management reserves the right to remove any person believing to be behaving inappropriately.
