The London Room is a contemporary event space originally designed for large meetings and corporate events, but with additional atmospheric lighting, a dance floor and the expert hand of our stylists it can be transformed into a wonderful party space for evening entertainment; indeed its very walls can be felt resonating with laughter and love from times gone by, and many happy occasions yet to come.

About Warren House
Warren House is often referred to as a ‘hidden gem’, for it sits in a peaceful and secluded area of the exclusive Coombe Estate in Surrey, between the historic town of Kingston upon Thames and the commercial districts of south-west London. We are 3 miles from Wimbledon and 6.5 miles from Twickenham Stadium, 4 miles from Hampton Court and 6.7 miles away from Kew Gardens.
Whether you’re meeting for business or pleasure, we can make arrangements to suit your numbers. If you require food, we can offer you fine cuisine from the chef’s seasonal ‘a la carte’ menus. You can also engage in Full buffet breakfasts, delicious three-course lunches and dinners are all served in the Persian Dining Room. The Bar is a great setting to unwind and enjoy a drink, whilst the Four Seasons Lounge is perfect for casual business meetings or coffee mornings. Take a relaxed Afternoon Tea or a light lunch in the Wisteria Room, and during warmer months we are happy to serve you on the Terrace tables which overlook the tranquil landscaped gardens and ornate fountains.
There are nine elegant, light and airy interconnecting ground floor reception rooms with beautiful views over landscaped gardens. The main house also contains three further dedicated lounges and dining spaces, as well as a stunning outdoor Terrace, heavily adding to the sense of space and comfort. Our expert team of stylists will work closely with you to transform each of our rooms to create a bespoke event tailored to you and our guests.
