The open area at The Secret Garden is a flexible space built for casual events. It holds up to 60 guests. It works well for private parties, team events, and relaxed social gatherings.
The layout is open and easy to adapt. There are leather sofas for lounge-style seating. Café tables and chairs can be rearranged for seated dining, standing drinks, or workshop setups. The space flows naturally, so people can move around without it feeling crowded.
A fully stocked bar sits at the centre of the room and becomes a natural focal point. Next to it is the kitchen with on-site pizza ovens, so fresh pizzas can be served during the event. It keeps things informal and social, whether it’s a party or a work event.
The look is warm and modern. Green walls, wood floors, and soft lighting give it character without feeling formal. It’s comfortable, but still feels considered.
The space connects easily to the rest of the venue and can include access to the garden if needed. That adds extra space and a different atmosphere.
This area suits birthdays, private parties, creative workshops, product launches, team away days, and client socials. The Artblast painting experience can be added for a hands-on element, or the space can be used simply for food and drinks.
Prices
The venue hire fee gives you exclusive use of the Open Lounge. Shared areas, such as the bar, are not included.
The minimum spend represents the expected total spend on food, drinks, and any other items at the venue. If your actual spend is lower than the agreed minimum, the difference is not refundable.
Any additional services or special requests will be reviewed and priced separately.
Bookings cancelled within seven days of the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel your event and provide a full refund.

Pricing is for dry hire (beverages and food excluded). These may be purchased from our menu. Additional services or requests will be considered and priced separately.
No smoking in the building - there is space outside to do so, AWAY from any children or entrances.
Damage to the space will result in an extra charge.
No alcohol allowed after 10:30 pm on weekdays and 00:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Basic cleaning is our responsibility. We will charge a cleaning fee of £120 if we require additional external/additional cleaning services. This is unlikely if the venue is used reasonably.
No refund for any booking cancelled up to seven days before the event. We reserve the right to cancel your event and refund you.
