Host rules
* A deposit is required for all bookings; full payment must be made as agreed to secure your date.
* Set-up and clean-up must be completed within the booked hours. Additional charges may apply for overruns or extra cleaning.
* No smoking, vaping, or use of helium balloons on the premises.
* The hirer is responsible for the safety, behavior, and supervision of all guests, especially children.
* Any damage to the venue or its equipment will be chargeable to the hirer.
* External equipment and suppliers must be pre-approved and insured.
* Music and noise levels must be appropriate, especially in respect of neighboring properties.
* The space must be left clean and free of rubbish at the end of the hire.
Full terms and conditions will be provided upon confirmation of hire.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
