About this space
For larger celebrations and exclusive events, our Full Venue Hire offers complete access to the entire property, providing privacy, flexibility, and a truly memorable experience.
The venue accommodates up to 150 guests seated indoors or 200 standing, making it ideal for weddings, corporate events, and large private celebrations.
In addition to our interior spaces, full hire includes:
Front Garden with seating for up to 100 guests, perfect for drinks receptions and outdoor dining
Rear Garden with seating for up to 25 guests, offering a more intimate outdoor setting
To complete the experience, full venue hire also includes exclusive use of our 27 hotel bedrooms, with breakfast provided the following morning — allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy the occasion without the need to travel elsewhere.
Prices
As part of the exclusivity agreement, all 27 hotel bedrooms must be booked in order to secure full venue hire.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Host rules
To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed:
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be used where indicated.
- Dogs are welcome in certain areas of the venue; however, this is subject to prior agreement and must be confirmed in advance.
- Strictly no drugs are permitted anywhere on the premises.
- All external suppliers must provide evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance and ensure that any electrical equipment is PAT tested prior to arrival.
- No food or drink corkage is permitted. All food and beverages must be supplied directly by the venue.
- Fireworks, sparklers, open flame items, and confetti are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Confetti is permitted but must be bio-degradable and only used outside
- No table confetti to be used
- Any decorations must be put up with bluetac only
- Any damages will result in an extra charge
