Event offers and packages
Package per person
Private Screening - Venue hire, hire of film title, staff (including dedicated event manager), microphone for introductory speech, use of screen for holding slide prior to film, water/sweets/popcorn for each guest on seats
Use of our VIP bar and all digital screens can be included in premium DDR packages
Min numbers of 100 for DDR Package pricing.

Breakfast package - from £7.50 + VAT per head (min 100 guests)
Includes - tea/coffee, juices, Breakfast Brioche rolls, mini danishes & fruit skewers, all equipment & staff to serve
Canapes reception - £16.80 + VAT per head (min 100 guests)
Includes - Up to 7 canape items per person for a 1 hour period, all equipment & staff to serve (canapes prepared freshly on-site)
Drinks can be provided in-house from £1.50 for non-alcoholic and £2.75 for alcoholic options

About Vue Eltham

The auditorium capacities range from 54-253 and have cutting edge Sony 4K digital projectors and Dolby Digital 7.1 Surround Sound, a very professional ready-made set up for your event. Make use of the reception area for registration and coffee, then take your delegates through to the auditorium of your choice for the main event, delivered with precision, and if it’s all part of the agenda, going out to multiple sites at the same time, or linking up with other Vue venues countrywide for satellite conferencing. Impressed? Your guests certainly will be.
