This bedroom-style studio is set up for photographers, models, and content creators, with large windows bringing in natural light. The space includes a four-poster bed, a lit dressing table, a hanging rattan chair, and a selection of props and outfits that can be used during your session.
Your booking includes access to the studio, lighting equipment, props, outfits, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker. A shared kitchen and toilet are also available on the same floor. The studio is suitable for portrait photography, editorial shoots, social media content, and model days.
Prices
£30/hour (2-hour minimum)
£100 for a half day (4 hours)
£180 for a full day (8 hours)

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building
• Guests are responsible for the space during their booking, including any props, furniture and equipment used
• Any damage to the space, props or equipment will result in an additional charge
• If something breaks or is damaged during your booking, please tell us — don't leave us to find it
• Please leave the space as you found it — remove any items you've brought and dispose of rubbish before you leave
• Props, outfits and furniture are shared resources — please treat them with care so future guests can enjoy them too
• Alcohol is BYOB and must be indicated at time of booking. Alcohol-free/prop alcohol is welcome for styling purposes without prior notice
• No open flames, candles or pyrotechnics
• Comfortable maximum of 15 people — please indicate your expected numbers at time of booking
• Dogs are welcome, but you're responsible for your dog around equipment, props and any damage cause
• CCTV is in use for insurance purposes. Any tampering with CCTV will result in an immediate ban from the studio
• Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly in the evenings, as this is a residential building
• Arrive and leave on time — your booking includes set-up and pack-down within the hours booked
• Any additional guests beyond those agreed at booking must be approved in advance
