Hotel was good venue accommodating group booking and venue
Our management on the day was awfully disappointing. We found out on the morning that our venue had moved and we were not informed, our events manager who helped us set up was confused as to why I was saying Brunel room and we had the Duchess Suite - some written confirmation would have been helpful. The room was EXTREMELY cold and unpleasant. There was no projecter in the room and again, the man helping us set up did not know how to set it up. My director had to stack notebooks so we could use this. Furthermore, we had the presentation from next door begin blasting through one of the ceiling projectors on two occasions and it took a while to get some support. Overall, not as smooth a set up as it should have been.
