Really well organised event, the room we had was lovely with its own private bar and the staff were really helpful- overall would definitely recommend!
Friendly staff and very attentive, the two servers we had downstairs were so lovely and approachable. All the staff were great and nothing was too much, thank you so much for the lovely evening.

The quality of the food was not as high standard as expected
Venue was lovely, room was very private and quiet. Food was delicious
We pre-ordered food but this didn't seem to have been passed to the team on the day and we had to give the order to the team again. We also asked for food to be served at 12 as we were on a schedule - we got our meals at 12.40 and had to push dessert to our afternoon break to stay on schedule. When it came to afternoon break we also didn't have dessert served until just before our break was ending (30 mins) despite informing staff of the break start time. Despite me also giving the full food order again in the morning, it was only during the afternoon break that we were told they didn't have enough of one dessert that we had pre-ordered. We had to ask after lunch for someone to come and clear up the leftover breakfast items that were still out on tables and to refill the water and hot coffee.
