About this space
Our Project Space is a large and adaptable room for workshops, rehearsals, presentations, seminars, and talks. It accommodates up to 120 people standing and can be arranged in various settings.
The space includes Wi-Fi, projectors, and speakers. A PA system, microphone, and technical support are available for an additional fee. , Host acoustic performances, screenings, and photo or video shoots in this area. Please note we cannot host public screenings, performances, or exhibitions outside Lighthouse’s artistic programme. Some restrictions apply for live music and events involving children.

Booking and availability
* Only half-day or full-day bookings are accepted; hourly bookings are not available
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance incur an 80% charge; cancellations made less than 5 days in advance incur a 30% charge
Event type restrictions
* No physical exercise classes (e.g., yoga, dance) are allowed
* Public exhibitions not part of Lighthouse’s artistic programme are not permitted
* The venue is not suitable for parties, including birthdays
* Live music events are generally unsuitable due to the venue's setup and residential neighbors; some acoustic or spoken word events may be possible
Safeguarding and supervision
* Children's workshops hosted by third parties are not allowed; only Lighthouse-organized events for under-18s are permitted
Technical requirements
* Events involving significant technical setups or personal equipment require booking a technician
