The Clubhouse is equipped with a 98” screen, a surround sound speaker system and a disco ball! You can connect to the screen using HDMI or USB-C and play music via bluetooth connection. The lighting controls are on a dimmer and the ceiling lights colour can also be changed by remote.

About Sea Lanes Brighton

The National Open Water Swimming Centre®. Opened in June 2023, Sea Lanes Brighton has transformed the former Peter Pan site on Madeira Drive, Brighton.

At the heart of Sea Lanes is a 50m, 6-lane accessible outdoor swimming pool, operated by South Downs Leisure. The pool is supported by 19 local fitness, health and well-being, food, and beverage businesses. Previously, Brighton had just 44% of Sport England’s recommended swimming pool provision in ageing facilities, Sea Lanes met this need.

Hire space at Sea Lanes! We have two private spaces available for hire.

The Clubhouse is a trendy space that accommodates 56 seats or 80 standing. Its 98" screen, surround sound speaker system, and disco ball make it ideal for business presentations, parties, and anything in between. Connect via HDMI, USB-C, or Bluetooth, and command the lighting—even color-shifting ceiling lights—to set the tone.

The Studio provides a small and flexible room, perfect for well-being and health sessions, arts and crafts workshops, or special summer gatherings. The room accommodates 10 mats or 24 seated individuals indoors, with the private roof terrace doubling space to 60 standing individuals, providing stunning views over the sea and Brighton Palace Pier. The 75" screen with HDMI and USB-C connectivity guarantees clear presentations or entertainment.
