Equipped with an HD screen, HDMI connections, adapters, and a Yealink wide-angle videoconferencing camera, the space supports easy plug-and-play AV functionality. A whiteboard with pens is available for notes or collaboration, and fast WiFi keeps everyone connected.
Enjoy complimentary self-serve tea and coffee, with the option to book served tea, coffee, and biscuits for £5 per person after your reservation is confirmed. Catering services are also available upon request. Our on-site Dream Team is ready to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
• 100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance
• 50% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days
• No refund if cancelled less than 2 days before the booking

Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting room bookings. £500 for event space bookings.
Our site teams are located at the front desk and are available between 9am-5pm for meeting room questions.
If you have booked an event space we require up to 2 members of staff to be onsite. This is an additional £20p/h for each staff member.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
