This room is equipped with an HD screen featuring HDMI connections and adapters, alongside a Yealink wide-angle videoconferencing camera to support virtual meetings. The plug-and-play AV system allows for easy setup. A whiteboard and pens are included for note-taking, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Complimentary self-serve tea and coffee are available, with served tea, coffee, and biscuits offered at £5 per person once your booking is confirmed. Catering options can be arranged upon request. Our on-site team is on hand to assist your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance
50% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days
Non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 days before

Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting room bookings. £500 for event space bookings.
Our site teams are located at the front desk and are available between 9am-5pm for meeting room questions.
If you have booked an event space we require up to 2 members of staff to be onsite. This is an additional £20p/h for each staff member.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
