The Poppy Suite is a newly refurbished function/meeting room on the ground floor of the hotel.
This room can hold up to 100 guests and has a fully equipped private bar. This function/meeting room with its’ own entrance is dressed in neutral colors and can be transformed with ease. An adequate floor area allows for tables and chairs as well as a portable dancefloor if required.
With toilet facilities situated just outside of the room, all essential amenities are close by so you are only footsteps away from everything you need.
* Please note the external door to this room doesn’t have disabled access. Disabled access is via the hotel’s main reception.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the event start time and will receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the event start time are not refundable.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
