About this space
The Ginkgo Meeting Room at our gallery is an ideal location for rehearsals, interviews, meetings, training sessions, and seminars. Spacious and located in the basement of a renovated historic building, with an industrial feel. The space can accommodate up to 48 people with 8 round tables each seating 6 people. The furniture can be arranged in multiple different layouts, including the theatre-style and boardroom configurations. We can also move it for standing events. Just a short walk from Birmingham city centre and St Paul's tram stop, our dedicated space is an ideal location.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the booking date will receive a 100% refund, no other refunds will be given.

Full day £130 +VAT (6 hours, 11am-5pm)
Half day £70 + VAT (3 hours)
Unavailable on Weekends
Opening hours 11am – 5pm
Additional charge for hire outside of opening hours – £13.50 + VAT per hour (please email artisans@artisan-alchemy.co.uk to arrange this)
Tea, coffee and biscuits - £3.60+VAT per person, per serving

About Artisan Alchemy Gallery
The Artisan Alchemy Gallery sits in a renovated industrial building dating back to the 19th century. We are located only a few minutes away from the Birmingham city centre, close to local transport links including the Jewellery Quarter station and St Paul's tram stop. Our spacious meeting room can be hired for meetings, seminars, and rehearsals, looked after by our friendly team of gallery assistants and the gallery owner.
We are able to source catering, so please don't hesitate to enquire about the options available!
