Covering an area of 620 square feet, this versatile space is well-suited for various arrangements. In its standard setup, it can comfortably accommodate a theatre-style seating arrangement for 25 to 30 attendees. However, for full day bookings, an alternate setup is available upon request.
For those seeking a more collaborative setup, the room can be arranged as a boardroom accommodating up to 12 individuals or a U-shaped arrangement accommodating up to 15 participants.
Equipped with a Clevertouch Impact+ Touchscreen Display and a Polycom Camera, the room provides seamless functionality for virtual meetings through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The facility also supports internal room-to-room video conferencing, enhancing communication options among different spaces. To ensure optimal audio quality during presentations and discussions, a PA system with microphones is at your disposal.
