Location, size and appearance of venue.
I had high hopes for hosting my bridal shower at this venue, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Initially, things seemed promising as I worked closely with the event coordinator to plan out the décor and finer details. The location itself was great, and the amenities provided were sufficient for the occasion. Despite having meticulously planned every detail with the event coordinator, including décor and specific arrangements, I found myself in the hospital mere weeks before the scheduled date due to personal medical reasons. Given the severity of the situation, I naturally expected some level of understanding and flexibility from the venue regarding my deposit. However, to my dismay, I discovered that none of my deposit would be refunded, nor could it be applied towards a future event. This lack of compassion and consideration for my circumstances only left me feeling dissapointed. Being confined to a hospital bed while grappling with the cancellation of a highly anticipated event was already emotionally taxing. But to then find out that I wouldn't receive any portion of my deposit back felt like a harsh and unjustifiable blow. Overall, my experience with this venue was disappointing, to say the least. The absence of wheelchair accessibility coupled with the rigid cancellation policy left me dissatisfied and frustrated. Regrettably, I cannot recommend using this service again, as it fell short of my expectations in terms of both accommodation and customer service
