7 staff included (bartender, coat check, manager and 3 security guards)
All DJ and lighting equipment included
Rent = $1500 plus $2,000 bar guarantee
- bar if short sorted end of the night

Rental Rules:
Sent to renters along with a rental agreement “waiver of release & liability form” must be singed and returned.
* there are no outside drinks allowed in the venue unless prior arrangements made in advance
* no ins and outs allowed. Once in the venue you are here for the evening.
- we have everything you need inside. From smoke pit / fresh air / lounge / full bar / atm ect.
* no outside photography or videos to be made by guests. Promoter is allowed to bring in their own, but must be discussed in advance
- if filming is required say music video or photo shoot - this is different. The “no photography for guests” rule applies to events where guests have not signed legal waivers permitting their individual permissions to be filmed.
