About this space
Our studio offers a versatile shooting space for up to 20 people. The area includes a full kitchen, private bathroom, dedicated makeup and changing area, and a load-in bay elevator with direct access.
You’ll have 6 C-stands, 3 boom arms, sandbags, apple boxes, a commercial cart, and a rolling rack ready for your use. A raised platform for capturing dynamic shots will also be available. This studio is great for dance, fashion, or creative projects. It’s a functional and adaptable space designed to make your shoot run smoothly.

Host rules
* All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
* Cancellations or rescheduling less than 7 days before check-in incur a 50% fee of the total booking.
* Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of check-in will not receive any credit.
* If the studio cancels due to issues such as damage from a previous renter, heat, or electrical problems, a 100% refund will be offered.
* Leave the space exactly as you found it. No cleaning or maintenance fee is charged, but an additional fee applies for any mess left behind.
* Place all props, stands, and equipment back where you found them. Clean up any spills or floor mess; cleaning supplies are available on request.
* If using materials like glitter, feathers, or flowers that leave residue, discuss with the studio in advance. Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on the mess.
* You may use 2 garbage bins and 1 recycling bin per rental. Excess waste, large props, or oversized items must be taken with you.
* Any damage will be charged to your credit card after inspection by the owner and security cameras.
* Do not stay past your booking time. Setup and cleanup are included in your rental period, and overtime charges will apply.
* Do not drag furniture. Always lift it to move. Avoid placing heels or dirty feet on couches or props. Stains on furniture will incur cleaning fees.
* Do not store items outside the unit.
* Music is welcome, but keep noise to a reasonable level to respect other renters.

About The Production Studio
The Production Studio is an equipped creative space to support photographers, filmmakers, and artists across their projects. We are located in a convenient area with plenty of free street parking. The venue is easy to access and offers features such as blackout capability, backdrop support, and a variety of modifiers available on request.
We aim to have someone on-site to open and close for you, though remote access can be arranged when needed. The environment is professional yet comfortable. We provide amenities that make it suitable for everything from portfolio work to corporate shoots.
